In case you offer virtual goods such as access to corporate evaluations, precious data, software downloads etc., you need a protected user area that is accessible to a closed network of users only. However, of course you cannot manually add a new user to the member area after each completed transaction.
All payment functions provided by Novalnet as a payment provider can be connected to the membership management. As soon as a customer has carried out a transaction and this has been authorized by the bank, the customer’s login data will be directly activated on your server. The activation of authorized users cannot get easier!
In the administration area, you have the possibility to add a user manually or to delete users that were already added. In the course of every transaction, whether valid or invalid, we match and compare the activated users on your server, so that access to the closed area is only granted to exclusively authorized customers.
This and many other settings can be configured in our performant merchant administration where you benefit from our experience as payment service provider and partner to e-commerce enterprises.
