Net. or gross settlements
Billing can be carried out both immediately with the payment of the sales as well as in a monthly rhythm. Novalnet also offers you two billing options
The payout can be made in 25 different currencies. As a rule, Novalnetrees on a 3-day, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payout. Of course, we can determine this individually based on your needs during a mutual conversation.
In addition, we offer both net and gross payment. This allows, for example, a separate presentation of sales and costs in terms of separate settlements. Both are possible without any problems and we can define them together. You will receive a corresponding information (settlement file) from our accounting department for each disbursement to ensure allocation on an individual transaction basis. For each transaction, we also show you all cost items in detail. But that’s not all: you can freely select all accounting data for each payment transaction.
Novalnet keeps trustee accounts in accordance with Section 13 ZAG old version and Section 17 new version and can also open trustee accounts for each reseller, partner or affiliate of the dealer (payee). Thanks to Novalnet’s integrated affiliate management solution, any of the retailer’s other partners can benefit from trustee account management that is impeccable under supervisory law. The funds are protected, among other things, against insolvency of the payment institution. Banks cannot assert any rights of retention, set-off or lien on these funds. So safety comes first!
Furthermore, Novalnet also offers account management for your product partners (affiliates), including transparent invoicing, fiduciary money management, disbursement and comprehensive accounts receivable management. All funds go into a trust account and are transferred to the affiliate after the agreed payout period.
