Annual certification according to PCI

Novalnet’s platform is audited annually in a comprehensive security audit according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) at the highest level 1 and PCI certified. In addition, external auditors continuously monitored our platform. Multiple redundancies, including locally separated ones, as well as a triple backup strategy protect Novalnetainst data loss, system failures and always guarantee a smooth cooperation with our contractual partners. Load balancing with autoscaling ensures reliable operation even during peak loads.

Flexible configuration and expansion

Through a flexible, modular opt-in connectivity model, we already have over 150 popular domestic and international payment types and other add-on services (over 60 fraud prevention checks as well as collections, acquirers, processors, etc.) in operation and are constantly developing new products available through Novalnet’s platform.

We always adapt our flexible configuration options and modular extensions to the individual requirements of our contractual partners. In doing so, we guarantee maximum performance and free scalability – regardless of whether hundreds or millions of transactions are being processed. Novalnet also offers a uniform technological basis for all payment types and payment processes that grows with the contract partner’s requirements. Availability and service level agreements are a matter of course and are also guaranteed. All new developments are automatically made available to the contract partner in his merchant administration interface at no additional cost.

Open interfaces and ready-to-use payment extensions guarantee optimal business processes in national and international e-commerce. In this way, our contractual partners reduce their costs for hardware and software as well as for their IT management and maintenance work and benefit from the immediate availability and operational readiness of all components offered. The contractual partner is able to monitor and control all payment processes quickly and easily using only a web browser or his mobile device.

Data centers

Our highly available data centers ensure not only strong performance but also the accessibility of the Novalnet payment platform. This is immediately usable and scalable – and without additional costs for IT, maintenance, hardware or software.

Thus, our platform is available around the clock (24/7). The highest possible availability is part of Novalnet’s standard. This is usually well above the required industry standard of at least 99.8%. As a rule, only reliable x86 single servers with redundant fans, redundant power supply and mirrored memory are used. For years, Novalnet has successfully guaranteed constant (i.e. year-round) availability or a so-called Always On solution with an availability of >99.99%.
