1. Account Setup
The Marketplace Merchant Account serves as the central layer for all connected sellers. Each seller is onboarded as an affiliate through API, SFTP or batch processes, with configurable KYC and KYB requirements based on the platform’s needs.
2. Submission of Transaction Reports
Detailed transaction data, including payment type, provider, status, order, customer, seller, fees, commissions and revenue shares, flows into Novalnet from your platform or from existing PSPs, BNPL providers, financing providers, banks, acquirers and e-wallets.
3. Pay-in & Automated Reconciliation
Incoming funds from product partners are automatically split, reconciled and allocated to dedicated escrow and safeguarding subaccounts for sellers and marketplaces through predefined virtual IBANs, supported by real-time webhooks and complete dashboard visibility.
4. Payout to Sellers & Affiliates
Configure payouts at the marketplace, project or seller level, or initiate them via API. Digital settlement reports (MT940, CAMT, XML and iDoc) are delivered to your ERP one day before payout, providing complete transparency throughout the settlement process.
