With the Novalnet end customer portal “card.novalnet.de” we provide you an additional value added service for online payment. Each customer can view all transaction details with the transaction identification number (TID), that appears on his account or credit card statement. This is a free additional service for you as a merchant.

If desired, your shop or your company name can be displayed as the payee in the customer’s account statement.

View Transactions

If an end customer who has paid online on your website cannot assign a direct debit to his account or credit card, he can view the booking details himself via “card.novalnet.de”. The end customer can easily determine where the purchase was made, which in turn significantly reduces the risk of chargebacks and chargebacks.

Cancel Subscriptions
