The Novalnet Payment Platform as Software-as-a-Service

For you, software-as-a-service means that you have no maintenance or update costs. Even installation is not required. At the same time, there is scalability and the highest level of security.

Thanks to our highly available data centres, not only a strong performance but also the accessibility of the Novalnet payment platform is ensured. This can be used immediately and is scalable – and without additional costs for IT, maintenance, hardware or software.

The Novalnet platform is checked and certified annually in an extensive security audit according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) at the highest level 1. In addition, this platform is continuously monitored by external auditors. The multiple, also spatially separated, redundancies and a triple backup strategy protect Novalnet from data loss and system failures and always guarantee smooth cooperation with the contractual partner. Load balancing with autoscaling ensures reliable operation even during peak loads.

We do not use any external solution partners for our platform. We create and implement all solutions ourselves, through our respective responsible internal departments at Novalnet. Of course, we also maintain various cooperations and partnerships – in the course of payment processing, including with banks, acquirers and debt collection service providers.

Thanks to a flexible, modular opt-in connectivity model, Novalnet already has over 100 common national and international payment methods and other additional services (over 40 fraud prevention checks as well as debt collection, acquirers, processors, etc.) in operation and is constantly developing new products that are available via the platform of Novalnet are available.

We always adapt the flexible configuration options and modular extensions to the individual requirements of our contractual partners. Novalnet guarantees maximum performance and free scalability – regardless of whether hundreds of millions of transactions are being processed.
