TRAINING AND DOCUMENTATION
Novalnet takes over the complete payment processing. Updates etc. are carried out internally by Novalnet. Training your employees or the like is therefore unnecessary. All work will be carried out by Novalnet employees, depending on your requirements. Extensive documentation of the Novalnet portals is available and will, of course, be made available to your employees. However, if your company is interested, we will of course also train your employees in detail. We also look after your employees by phone, email or Skype. For the instruction in the Novalnet system, we calculate a time requirement of max. 2 hours.
