There are currently over 3 million accounts at PostFinance AG in Switzerland, making them the market leader in this country. With the aforementioned payment method, you enable your end customers based in Switzerland to pay online using PostFinance E-Finance’s online banking system.
During the ordering process, your customer will be forwarded to the secure online banking page of PostFinance E-Finance, where the payment can be made. However, payments can only be made between PostFinance accounts. The institute guarantees you the authorized amount.
For You as a Dealer
To accept payment via PostFinance or the PostFinance Card, you need an account with PostFinance AG. In order to enable payments in the local currency and to reach customers in Switzerland, the account should be kept in Swiss francs.
