Subscription Management

Novalnet AG offers you subscription management free of charge, an easy way to manage recurring payments. Following an initial debit or credit card transaction, there is a fully automated execution of recurring payments.

Subscriptions are commonly used payment methods for the sale of digital goods, and have been designed to gain access to a particular service for a defined recurring period of time (e.g. monthly).

You have maximum flexibility with respect to your settings. You may offer both a permanent and a temporary subscription offer using our services. The duration of such offers can be of any cycle, given they exceed a time-period of one day. (For example: three days, a week, once a month, beginning of the month).

Novalnet AG manages the activation of subscriptions on your behalf as well as the continuous monitoring of your end-customer payments. Using an extensive interface or an administration tool designed by Novalnet AG, you may also control and monitor payments on your own.

Subscriptions with a limited duration will be automatically terminated by us at the end of the subscription period. In order to cancel unlimited subscriptions, we provide your end-users with an additional user-friendly customer portal (https://card.novalnet.de). The Novalnet AG interface also allows you to manage customer subscriptions independently.
