FTP Upload

You usually secure your member area through a .htaccess file. Novalnet AG transfers a htpasswd file, with all authorized login names and password information (this information is stored in encoded form) through FTP protocol. This is the easiest and mostly used way of making uploads and covers 95% of all member management systems.

Condition: FTP access and write access for the password file.
